This workshop is designed to give experience-proven advice on how to strive, lead, and obtain excellence at all levels of being a boss in the fire service.  Proven leadership and fireground tactics will be discussed.

·       Understanding the importance of Mentoring Accountability-developing skill sets with mentoring and coaching approach

·       Critical leadership lessons for line officers.

Tactical topics covered:

·       People before water

·       Fast Water

·       Suburban and urban tactical applications for single and multi-family structures

·       Aggressive command supporting aggressive tactics

·       Limited staffing tactics and much more.
