Please be advised that all payments made to Firemanship for conference registration and any additional fees are non-refundable. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that these funds directly support the event and its related activities.

A refund may only be issued with a qualifying claim if you purchase and utilize Purchase Protection through the third-party service offered during registration. *Additional donations are not eligible for refunds.

All funds collected will be used exclusively for the benefit of the conference, including (but not limited to) event organization, class logistics, travel expenses, HOT site lunches, merchandise, venue costs, tuition assistance, and other associated needs.
