CALL FOR VENDORS
Firemanship Conference 2026

We’re looking for vendors to join us July 20-22 at the Paramount Theater in Aurora, Illinois during our 3-Day Lecture Series! We’d love to host vendors who want to support our Mission while also supporting others. This is an incredible opportunity to be around some of the best in our great fire service.

Firemanship is a Firefighters Conference that originated in the Portland, OR area and ran consecutively from 2016-2020. In 2024, it made its comeback with a relocation to the Aurora, Illinois area! 2026 marks year 8 for us!

Firemanship will be a temporary home to 20+ speakers & 400+ firefighters from all over the country. It’s a week of Faith - Family - & Firemanship!

This conference exists because of the support of the fire service community. As training costs are astounding for a conference at this scale, donations allow us to maintain our high standards with no shortcuts. Support at any level helps us invest in the training experience many expect from us; an investment that is more than monetary to us - it is Purpose, Drive, Mission-First, and incredibly close to our hearts.

Our speakers, instructing cadres, Red Shirt Family, and conference organizers give their time entirely free of charge. No one makes a dime. This mission has always been -and will always be- FOR THEM.

Payments collected through Vendors immediately support the essential expenses that make this training possible, including the lecture venue fees, HOT site props and buildouts, instructor travel and lodging, HOT site lunches, student tuition assistance, and other critical conference costs.

Because of you, this mission continues.

Vendor Fee: $1,500
