SUPPORT THE MISSION

This conference exists because of the support of the fire service community. As training costs are astounding for a conference at this scale, donations allow us to maintain our high standards with no shortcuts. Support at any level helps us invest in the training experience many expect from us; an investment that is more than monetary to us - it is Purpose, Drive, Mission-First, and incredibly close to our hearts.

Our speakers, instructing cadres, Red Shirt Family, and conference organizers give their time entirely free of charge. No one makes a dime. This mission has always been -and will always be- FOR THEM.

Donations immediately support the essential expenses that make this training possible, including the lecture venue fees, HOT site props and buildouts, instructor travel and lodging, HOT site lunches, student tuition assistance, and other critical conference costs.

Because of you, this mission continues.

Raffle Item Info

We welcome any donation, big or small!

Raffle items are displayed in the main theatre lobby during the 3-day lecture series. Tickets are sold throughout each day with multiple on-stage drawings per day. Must be present to win.

Some donated items may be chosen to present during our live auction at one of our social nights. Our live auctions have raised over $20,000 for the last two years!

Examples of items we’re seeking or have received in the past:
halligans, axes, PPE, knives, bourbon, training passes, gift baskets, books, tools, door props, grills, exercise equipment, sticker packs, fire apparel, firefighter-made decor, and more.

If you’ve got it, we’ll raffle it!

Raffle items are requested in-hand by June 19, 2026. Shipping info will be provided upon completion of the Support the Mission Sponsorship form (above).

If you are coming to the conference as a student or vendor with a donated raffle item (instead of shipping) we ask that the item arrives in time to be organized with our Sunday set-up, July 19 at the Paramount Theater.
