On Monday morning, July 20, registration will be available as early as 0630 on Water Street (0.1 miles SE of the theatre, between E Galena Blvd. and E. Downer Pl. - this is a foot-traffic only street). SEE MAP HERE. The Honor Guard and Pipes & Drums will be leading the pack into the theatre at approximately 0745am. This will kick off Lecture Day One.

On Tuesday and Wednesday the theatre doors will open at 0730. The lecture series kicks off at 0800 sharp each day. If you have registered earlier in the week, you do not repeat the check-in process for each day. If you’re a newcomer, find the registration table before 0800.

-If you are also a late comer, no worries - you will be able to register inside the theatre throughout the day.
-Mon-Wed, a designated Registration & FAQ table will be in the main theatre lobby.
-If you are only taking HOT classes, a designated person will be handling check-in at your HOT site.
-If you have checked-in at any point during the week, you do not need to repeat check-in on the following days.
