The Engine Crew Clinic is a hybrid training course combining three focused positional and functional lectures including Nozzleman, Backup, and Boss, with hands-on skill stations designed to sharpen interior fire attack operations. Each component builds on the roles and responsibilities critical to engine company success, emphasizing coordination, communication, and disciplined fire control. The classroom instruction is immediately reinforced through practical application, culminating in live-fire evolutions that challenge students to apply sound tactics, efficient movement, and decisive leadership under realistic conditions.
