Room blocks have been reserved at several hotels in Downtown Portland.  All of the hotels are within walking distance to Crystal Ballroom (transportation will also be provided by the conference) and all our Social Events.  Prices range from $159 to $205 (plus tax) depending on hotel availability and room type.

The airport is located 9 miles northeast of downtown Portland. Getting to and from Portland International Airport (PDX):
1) Taxicabs (approximately $35 before gratuity). Radio Cab offers discount with coupons available on their website.

2) Uber or Lift (approximately $30 before gratuity)

3) Light Rail (MAX). The MAX Red Line is the easiest way to travel to and from the airport. It takes about 38 min. An adult ticket is $2.50 The MAX ticket machines are located on the lower level, next to the south baggage claim area (turn right at the base of the escalator)

During the Conference we will provide free shuttles. Shuttles will run from the Hilton hotel to the Crystal Ballroom for the Lectures on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Shuttles start at 0645 and end at 0800. Shuttles back to the hotel start at 1800.

Shuttles to the HOT Classes will be provided, departure location TBD.
